Concert Secure-the-Date Deposit

THANK YOU for welcoming our music team to present a concert to your church family and community!  We are grateful for your provisions to make this possible, including this initial secure-the-date deposit + hotel reimbursement. (This assumes 1 hotel room/night for our ladies’ teams.  For mixed groups, we’ll ask for a separate $130 reimbursement for an additional room/night.)

This deposit is non-refundable unless extenuating circumstances arise.  In that case, refunds will be considered upon request only if we can fill the date with another concert.  Thank you for understanding!
