At a family gathering in the summer or 2006, a spark for music composition was lit. We began a mutual endeavor to report each month whatever each one had time and creative energy to accomplish. It didn’t take long before our enjoyment developed into somewhat of a mission to use this avenue to bring glory to the Lord through our lives. As we ministered to our local churches with the new compositions and arrangements, we were met with much encouragement from fellow believers, whose words of support still help fuel the efforts of FBS. January of 2008 marked our “inaugural concert” and the recording of our first CD album, “Heaven is Looking Brighter.”
Since then, God has opened opportunities to bring our music on the road and produce CD albums, piano books, choral books, a drama production and new hymns for the local church. We’ve also been blessed with many other ministry-minded musicians who have greatly enhanced the performance arm of FBS. We desire that the Lord “go before” all of the efforts of FBS and continue to use our passion for music to exalt His Person and Word!
HEATHER SCHOPF Web/Marketing/Tour Manager, CD Producer, Composer/Arranger
At a young age, Heather began piano lessons under her mother's instruction. Over the years, her developing skill and love of music led her to attend Bible college, earning her Music and Bible degrees in 2003.
For many years, Heather gained experience through teaching private piano and voice lessons, finding it to be both a musical and ministry outlet. She has regularly ministered in music through the local church, and currently continues that ministry at Lighthouse Baptist Church of Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Being a wife, as well as a mother of four, Heather delights in the creative freedom that being a stay-at-home mom allows. She is thankful for the time she has to apply herself to the many tasks of FBS. Other than music, Heather enjoys decorating her home and decorating cakes for weddings or other special occasions.
HEIDI FULLER Tour Member, Composer/Arranger
As a child, Heidi's mother became her first piano teacher. Over the years, she has acquired further education, invaluable teaching experience, ministry and performance opportunities, and her Bachelor's degrees in Music Education and Bible in 2002.
Heidi delights to share in her husband's music ministry at Calvary Baptist Church in Derby, KS, as she participates in the choir and ministers in other ways vocally and at the piano. Heidi also has many years of experience teaching piano lessons.
At home, Heidi keeps busy home-schooling her two boys and caring for her precious new baby triplets! (Follow her blog at somuchmore2014.blogspot.com) Aside from music, Heidi enjoys cooking, entertaining, scrap-booking, and home decorating.
NANCY BJOKNE Distribution Manager, Piano Arranger
Having applied herself to piano instruction in her growing-up years, Nancy has used her musical gift in many local churches and has expanded that ministry through arranging.
Early on as a mother, she diligently committed herself to training her two daughters (Heidi and Heather) to develop their own musical talent and appreciation. Today, she delights in the fruit of her labors as she and her daughters work together in the cooperative music efforts of FBS.
Nancy and her husband, Dan, currently reside in Ankeny, Iowa, where Dan is on staff at Faith Baptist Bible College. Having a long history giving piano instruction, Nancy plans to continue in her teaching. Living geographically right in between her two daughters, Nancy will often make trips to see one or the other (and, of, course, her 6 grandchildren!). Apart from music, Nancy enjoys home decorating and being involved in her local church.
ROB FULLER Orchestration Assistant, Composer/Arranger
Rob currently serves on staff as the Music Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Derby, Kansas. Part of his job involves musical composing for thematic sermons or special conferences. Other duties include organizing and leading the worship services, directing choral and instrumental groups, biblical counseling, teaching Sunday School and preaching when necessary.
Having his own mother as his high-school choir director kept Rob on his toes and significantly helped to shape him into an effective minister of music. In May of 2004, Rob graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Music and Bible. In his spare time, he enjoys activities such as basketball, computers, learning to play new instruments, and reading.

Having traveled internationally with his previous job and being an eye-witness to God's work in missionary church-plants, Dan’s heart has been enlarged with the work God is doing through the local church. Being in the ministry in some form or other for most of his working years, he delights to continue his work in the Bible college venue.
Dan takes great pride in his Norwegian/Minnesotan heritage, and enjoys being back in the Midwest where more frequent visits to his family and friends are more feasible. After a good day at work, Dan enjoys going on a walk, going out to eat with friends, and doing yard work.

Junior CD Vocalist & Tour A/V Assistant
Completing his first decade of life, Jacob has been all that a parent could hope for in a first born child - faithfully helping with the needs of younger siblings, eager to read and learn, and desiring to grow more like His Savior. It is apparent that Jake has been gifted musically and is progressing quickly through his piano lesson books. He enjoys Legos, drawing and his new pocket knife that was rescued and restored from a snow pile!
Junior CD Vocalist
The one girl among her three brothers (and many other male cousins!), Reagan remains an un-phased girlie-girl who can play rough-and-tumble with the boys one minute and then pursue all things delicate the next. Gifted with creativity, she loves to assemble anything with glue, tape, paper, string, you-name-it. Reagan has been taking piano lessons for 2 years and is progressing nicely. She enjoys tending to her window sill “garden” and writing encouraging notes to others.
Junior CD Vocalist
Griffen is full of life and energy. Being the oldest of five children, he strives to be a godly leader and helper. Griffen loves Legos and spends hours building airplanes and space crafts. Being very involved in AWANA and children’s choir, and with his dad being one of his pastors, church is like Griffen’s second home where he enjoys spending long hours. Griffen does well in school and is growing in his piano and singing abilities. He accepted Jesus as His personal Savior in February 2011.
Junior CD Vocalist
Being all boy, Rhys is quite the rough and tough little fellow. He has no problem keeping up with his big brother and can certainly hold his own in a wrestling match. He loves playing with friends and neighborhood buddies and can often be found outside participating in just about any sports activity. Rhys is also involved in AWANA and children’s choir at church.
The efforts of Forever Be Sure intend to glorify God by composing, arranging, and performing message-based music with fresh, appropriate sounds that help God’s people accurately and passionately worship our Creator and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our aim and desire is to help fill an increasing void as we provide tasteful music that will spark a connection with the generation of saints in our era.
